A feature to swiftly access cloud documents is being developed by OpenAI.
Thanks to the ongoing advancements made by OpenAI developers, ChatGPT—one of the most well-known chatbots—keeps getting better. The "Context Connector" feature, which would enable ChatGPT to analyze files stored in cloud services like Google Drive and OneDrive without the need to download them beforehand, was recently hinted at by the @legit_rumors Twitter account.

For ChatGPT to analyze the files at this time, users must download them from these services. However, the new feature looks to streamline this procedure and enable direct integration, which would save users time. It is also possible for users to control the connected services' status from within the app's settings, according to the tweet from @legit_rumors. OpenAI may be working on Notion integration, though this feature is not yet finished.

In a video that they posted, the user shows how ChatGPT offers to "Add from Google Drive" when you click on the attachment icon. This button lets you select and view files directly from the cloud storage website. Just like with the current file analysis feature, users will be able to ask ChatGPT to generate bullet points, summarize documents, and perform other tasks with these files.
